她在不插电音乐会上一共演唱了7首歌曲，现场音频均收录进《MTV Unplugged EP》，作为实体唱片发行。玛丽亚·凯莉演唱了出自她首张专辑《MARiAh Carey》和第2张专辑《Emotions》中的5首单曲，以及与卡洛尔·金合写的《If It's Over》。此外，玛丽亚·凯莉还在现场翻唱了杰克逊五人组于1970年发行的单曲《I'll Be There》。该曲是在演唱开始前临时排练并决定演唱的歌曲，由玛丽亚·凯莉与她的伴唱兼朋友Trey Lorenz共同演唱该曲。
